Campaign Management Professional

The successful Campaign Manager will be responsible for designing, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This key role oversees the entire campaign lifecycle from initial planning through to creative execution and performance analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales and product is essential to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel (digital, social, email, and offline) marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategy development through to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage campaign resources, timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all marketing channels are on-brand and compliant with internal and external regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new digital marketing tools and strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads and Email Marketing tools.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Experience with B2B/B2C campaign management.
