Job Overview

As a Storage Firmware Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing firmware for storage systems.

  • Develop firmware for storage devices using C and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performance and cost-effective solutions for storage platforms.
  • Work on designing and debugging high availability storage systems with redundant components.
  • Apply strong domain knowledge of storage technologies and work experience in storage related areas.
Key Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Strong knowledge of C, Python, RTOS concepts, multithreading, and SMP.
  • 4+ years of experience working with SCSI, SAS, NVMe technologies.
  • Experience in technical leadership roles and ability to lead and mentor software teams.
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • RESTful API, Redfish, Swordfish, and CXL.
  • Broadcom and Microchip SDK.
Education and Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE, CS, IT, or EE is required. The candidate should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
