About Growth Analyst Position

As a growth analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced growth analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels. Additionally, you will calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).

You will also build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels. Furthermore, you will collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes. Your responsibilities will also include developing complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.

Moreover, you will create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders. You will also design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics. Finally, you will partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
