Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled US IT/Non IT/Engineering/Pharma/Healthcare recruitment specialist to join our team. As a US staffing recruiter, you will be responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycles for direct clients in the US. Your primary goal will be to thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of our clients and fulfill them through various sources such as job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
We are looking for stable resources who are looking for a long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate should have worked for reputable firms focusing on the direct client model and have previous success in VMS/MSP models. Additionally, they should be able to meet required metrics and work in an aggressive environment.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in US staffing, a good understanding of US IT/Non IT/Engineering/Pharma/Healthcare terminology, and the US staffing industry. They must have experience working with direct clients and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible, and detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US recruitment. A strong personal and professional ethics background is also essential.
