Product Vision Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Vision Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative products that meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize features within the product roadmap, focusing on high-impact solutions.
  • Become an expert in feature ownership, from conception to client delivery, driving end-to-end success.
  • Provide guidance and direction to teams on work items and user stories, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and Client Implementation teams to optimize workflow and achieve highest value relative to business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a groomed backlog, leveraging effective Agile processes (Scrum and Agile).
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather data analytics requirements.
  • Document detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams to ensure successful task completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience working in FinTech, with a deep understanding of business requirements elicitation.
  • Able to maintain a positive and results-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and public relations skills.
