Job Title: Principal Officer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Officer to lead our operations in Gift City-Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Alternate Investment Fund regulations and be proficient in managing complex compliance matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, leading our compliance efforts, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain accurate records. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Expertise:
    • Lead our compliance efforts and ensure all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations are met.
    • Manage and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Alternate Investment Fund regulations
  • CS or CA or MBA qualification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
      • Timely completion of regulatory reports and submissions
      • Maintenance of accurate records and databases
      • Identification and mitigation of operational risks
