Machine Learning Innovation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at EdgeVerve in Bangalore, India. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering business value through the development of advanced machine learning models.
Estimated Salary: ₹2000000 - ₹4000000 per annum
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to work on complex business problems and develop innovative solutions using machine learning techniques. You will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
We are looking for a strong leader who can mentor and guide junior team members in machine learning and data science practices.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Learning Model Development: Research, design, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges.
- Data Engineering: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources into a Postgres database.
- Model Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- AI Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members in machine learning and data science practices.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions using machine learning techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong Proficiency in Machine Learning Algorithms: Regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, and their implementation using Python libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Understanding of AI Concepts: Natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Expert-level Python Programming Skills: Data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development.
- Proficiency in SQL and Experience with PostgreSQL: Data storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, for deploying and managing machine learning workloads.
- Experience with Data Pipelines, ETL Processes, and Data Preprocessing Techniques: Data engineering skills.
- Knowledge of Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Spark, is a plus.
