Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

We are expanding our operations to include various influencer marketing services and engaging with a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will oversee operational excellence in our influencer marketing vertical, focusing on building a strong network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We understand clients' influencer marketing needs and assist with planning, proposal design, and execution strategies.
  • Maintain project timelines, relevance, and effective creation of proposals and pitch decks.
  • We research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities using negotiation tactics and processes.
  • Brief, negotiate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • We manage the database and add new influencers to assigned categories/genres.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including premium celebrity management agencies and content creator networks.
  • Coordinate closely with internal team members and external partners.
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution with coordinated efforts from onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution.
  • Achieve high margins for all campaigns.
  • Analyze key metrics and create insightful reports on influencer activation.

Skillset:

  • Strong social media skills.
  • At least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Knowledge of social media insights and analytics.
  • Teamwork and task organization abilities.
  • Effective negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Client servicing expertise.
