Role Description:

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Deliver expert support in AI/ML environments, ensuring seamless technical operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain GenAI models and frameworks like GPT, Claude, PaLM2, and Llama2 to drive innovation.
  • Design and deploy cloud platforms and DevOps tools including Azure, AWS, GCP, RAG, Agents, and COT for efficient workflows.
  • Configure databases using SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB and data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks to optimize data management.
  • Write Python scripts and automate tasks utilizing Shell scripting and other programming languages for streamlined processes.
  • Monitor systems effectively with Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus for real-time performance tracking.
  • Apply ITIL application support management processes including incident, problem, service, and Jira management to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Kubernetes and containerization technologies such as Docker, Loki, and EKS or OpenShift to enhance scalability.
  • Employ critical thinking to solve complex problems and analyze data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across global teams for successful collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of OpenAI technologies and managing GenAI services in cloud environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring solutions like Dynatrace and Splunk is preferred.
