Job Title: Regional Project Manager

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects across multiple locations.

About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest technical standards.

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
