Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer

The role of the Junior Civil Engineer involves assisting in planning, executing, and supervising construction projects. This position requires a high level of technical skill, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision & Execution: Monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site and ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship and ensure safety standards are followed at the construction site.
  • Planning & Reporting: Assist in preparing daily progress reports and track material usage and requirements for ongoing work.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with Senior Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers to provide technical support to site workers and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and Auto CAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
