Job Title: Lead Pastry Confectioner

We are seeking a skilled and creative Lead Pastry Confectioner to join our culinary team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Pastry Confectioner located in the South Goa district.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Pastry Chef in the creation and presentation of a variety of pastries and baked goods. Key responsibilities include preparing baking ingredients, following traditional and modern recipes, monitoring stock levels, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, and assisting in the decoration and presentation of finished products.

Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus
