About Us:

The Baking and Pastry Institute, one of Kerala's leading institutes for professional baking and pastry education, is looking for enthusiastic and people-friendly Part-Time Student Counselors / Customer Relations Officers to join our admissions and marketing team. If you are passionate about guiding students toward a creative culinary career, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and effective counselling to students and parents regarding baking and pastry courses.
• Handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and assist with the admission process.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission/conversion targets set by the management.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive admission experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: +2 / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
