Chief Circuit Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled electronics engineer to spearhead the development of complex analog and digital circuits for high-reliability applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and next-generation product development.
- Developing complex electronic circuits for mission-critical applications.
- Leading the design and prototyping of ruggedized electronic systems, including IP65/IP68-rated enclosures, with a focus on harsh environments.
- Creating and reviewing PCB layouts and schematics using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Selecting appropriate electronic components and materials for optimal performance, durability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conducting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and prototypes.
- Operating lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies) for circuit debugging and verification.
- Preparing detailed technical documentation for manufacturing, compliance, and assembly processes.
- Contributing to cross-functional design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and the development of innovative electronic solutions for next-generation technology products.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a demonstrated track record in electronic circuit design, prototyping, PCB layout, testing, and system-level troubleshooting. A solid understanding of analog and digital electronics, embedded systems, and design for manufacturability is essential.
A bachelor's or master's degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, with additional certifications in electronics design, embedded systems, or project management being a plus. Prior experience in defence, industrial, or high-reliability electronics product development is highly desirable, as well as a proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex R&D projects.
