STA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated STA Engineer to join our backend implementation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing RTL-to-GDSII flows for complex SoC blocks or full-chip designs, targeting performance, power, and area (PPA) optimization and signoff closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Apply timing closure fundamentals to ensure efficient design implementation.
  • Develop and maintain constraint sets to drive STA timing closure.
  • Configure and utilize DFT modes in STA timing closure to minimize design iterations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize overall design quality.
