Job Overview

This role is for a Senior Manager Identity who will oversee the IAM functions across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SailPoint IDM platform and leading a team that maintains and develops software solutions to address various IAM business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and manages department goals and objectives, including resource allocation.
  • Collaborates closely with senior team members to design and develop Identity and Access Management extensions and customization.
  • Oversees the performance management process for assigned IT team members and performs coaching and development planning for direct reports.
  • Evaluates staffing needs and recruits well-qualified staff.
  • Builds and enables a team who establish effective working relationships with business and IT partners.
  • Manages resource availability to support the business and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Develops an improvement program to increase process efficiency and improve service delivery.
  • Communicates with clients and stakeholders to gain community support for projects and solicits input for continuous improvement.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, data quality, and Global IT security guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as part of a multinational company, preferably in regional management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting ideas and concepts to others.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work occasional non-standard hours.
  • Previous experience working in regulated environments (SOX, FDA, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.
  • A self-starter with hands-on style, organization, and time management skills.
  • Significant experience with diverse technologies, including programming languages, operating systems, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, platform support, and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with developing IDM workflows, rules, and integration logic using BeanShell and Java.
  • Knowledge of directories (Azure AD, Active Directory), SSO, Federation, delegated administration, API gateways.
  • Exposure to web-based IAM protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OpenID, OAuth, federation concepts, and technology like ADFS and Okta IAM products.

Estimate Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
