Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges in the market. The role involves working closely with management and business strategy teams to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for sales, products, new initiatives, organic and inorganic growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data crunching, data mining, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.">
  • Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize sales performance metrics for the sales team and management.">
  • Develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights with the sales team.">
  • Monitor funnels performance weekly for the sales team and provide solutions if needed.">
  • Work with business teams to monitor potential opportunities and track performance of business team product-wise.">
  • Provide access to CRM tools for the business team and offer support for any issues they may face.">
  • Provide sales data to respective sales representatives, generate reports, and support them as needed.">
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.">
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.">
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel skills).">
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.">
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.">
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.">
