Job Title: Data Analytics Mentor

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert guidance and mentorship to aspiring data analysts, empowering them to excel in their careers.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, guiding learners through practical assignments, and offering personalized feedback and career support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering live online training sessions on core data analytics topics such as data wrangling, visualization, statistical analysis, Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • Guiding learners through complex projects and capstone exercises to enhance their problem-solving skills and portfolio.
  • Providing comprehensive feedback, career mentorship, and interview preparation assistance.
  • Collaborating with the internal team to refine curriculum and ensure training content remains current and relevant to industry demands.
  • Evaluating learner performance through project reviews and one-on-one guidance.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, data storytelling, and reporting methods.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching in a professional or academic setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are a significant advantage.
