Job Title: Plant Construction Director

This role involves overseeing the construction of a plant as per schedule and technical specifications.

  • Responsibilities include overall management, administration, and coordination of construction works.
  • The individual will manage the execution aspect of the plant and control the field office organization.
  • Liaison with customers, subcontractors, and other organizations on site activities is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Control the execution aspect of the plant to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality system procedures, standard engineering practice, and statutory requirements.
  2. Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and other organizations on site activities including procurement, inspection, expediting, and mobilization/demobilization of manpower and resources.
  3. Coordinate with project manager and CEPM/GL for monthly budgets, fund requirements, and other necessary actions.
Requirements
  • 18+ years of experience in construction management are required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. Regular travel to the project site may be required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is INR 4,000,000 - INR 6,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
