About the Position:

As an Operations Strategy Manager within the Founder's Office, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in addressing high-impact challenges, overseeing complex projects, and driving strategic initiatives for the central strategy team. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team, taking ownership of critical business priorities.

Your role will involve serving as the main point of contact between various functional teams, overseeing daily operations, and collaborating with functional leaders to own key metrics. Additionally, you'll contribute to defining focused objectives and establishing Center of Excellence (CoE) functions at Pepper Content.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Examine large datasets to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on data-driven insights.
  • Mentor junior team members and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
  • Solve complex, high-level problems using a structured and results-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and other data tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while handling multiple priorities.
