Our team is seeking a high-performing Paid Ads Specialist to craft impactful campaigns that drive business results.We're looking for someone who can turn creative ideas into measurable success, working closely with our social media and content teams to ensure our ads align with our brand storytelling and visuals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and launch ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, focusing on maximizing ROI and conversions.
  • Ad Management: Manage ad budgets efficiently, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements, refining our approach to improve results.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track campaign performance daily, providing actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads meet our brand standards and messaging.
Requirements:
  • Performance Marketing Experience: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion or e-commerce brands.
  • Ad Campaign Success: Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with comfort working with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets.
