We are seeking a talented Learning Content Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, WFH role based in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing engaging eLearning content, with expertise in animated videos, game development, and simulation design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storyboarding – Translate the raw video footage into an accessible and engaging series of videos that enhance student learning.
  • Visualization – Use visual medium to convey ideas and enhance learning – creating visual representations of concepts, ensuring visual consistency and harmony in the videos, and giving due attention to learner engagement.
  • Co-ordination with the Production team – Interacting with teammates and the extended team (video editing partners) to create a top-quality product.
  • Learning Management System – Manage content and develop assets on the Learning Management System, review and edit Closed Caption text for all the videos.

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.

Experience: At least 2-3 years' work experience in a fast-paced, growth environment in a similar role.
