User Experience Research Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned UX expert to join our team as a strategic partner in research and design. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives, foster collaboration, and deliver actionable insights that inform user-centered solutions.

  • Define Research Objectives: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research goals aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate User Behavior: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop Research Strategies: Design approaches using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
  • Drive Research Innovation: Contribute to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.
  • Measure Research Impact: Assess design effectiveness post-implementation, tracking impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.
