Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist to oversee high-performing client accounts and craft innovative advertising strategies across Google Ads platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, driving top results through Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max channels.
  • Create and refine full-funnel ad strategies focused on conversions, lead generation, or app installs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data using GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, and Looker Studio to inform campaign decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads with budgets $20K/month or more.
  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research, campaign segmentation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Proven expertise in conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion imports.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to translate data into actionable insights that boost ROI.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and performance-driven.
