Job Title:

Enterprise Content Management Specialist

Job Description:
  • Relevant experience of 6-9 years in content management.
  • Shall have experience in designing, developing and implementing complex digital solutions.
  • Shall have knowledge on enterprise content management architecture and administration.
  • Good understanding of integration with other systems and technologies.
  • Good development knowledge of APIs and microservices.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define integrated digital solutions.
  • Consulting with clients to advocate and influence proposed digital solutions.
  • Planning and conducting workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
  • Architecting and implementing enterprise content management solutions.
  • Identifying and offering design choices and recommending the best suited implemented approach.
  • Creating comprehensive documentation to support implementation and evolution of the solution.
  • Translating proposed implementation approach into corresponding component/work break down structure.
  • Working collaboratively with teams to deliver the solution as per the proposed design.
  • Owning the solution quality by reviewing designs and source code.
  • Identifying and managing changes to requirements during implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech with 8+ years of professional experience in designing medium to complex digital enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent customer facing skills articulation, engagement and influencing, relationship building and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentations skills.
  • Ability to influence others in the team by clearly articulating reasons, justifications, risks, challenges and uncertainties.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience of delivering digital solutions using modern solution paradigm.
