Job Title: Enterprise Content Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and support enterprise-wide content management solutions. The role involves working with OpenText Content Server, integrating with SAP S/4HANA, and optimizing workflows to enhance document management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise Content Management:
    • Develop and maintain Enterprise-wide and Department-wise User screens (SmartView and ClassicView).
    • Implement Enterprise-wide and Department-wise Taxonomy (Classification) for better content organization.
    • Manage User and Group Creation across the DVC Enterprise environment.
  • Workflow Design & Development:
    • Design and develop workflows to streamline document and process management.
    • Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Technical Support:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Content Server applications, document management, and workflows.
    • Provide technical documentation and support for system users.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText Content Server development and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration and enterprise architecture.
  • Proficiency in APIs, middleware technologies, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
