The Business Finance team plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic financial insights and supporting key decision-making across our organization and Pine Labs.

This role combines technical financial acumen with a customer-focused mindset, providing high-impact insights into multiple business areas.

  • Develop and maintain management reports covering financial flows, revenue, expenses, etc.
  • Analyse and optimize pricing strategies to maximise profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Provide leadership with deep insights on actual performance, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Drive visibility into financial performance; identify and implement gap-closing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue and reduce costs.
  • Deliver ongoing reports on financial and operational metrics.
  • Implement business intelligence tools and create dashboard reports.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
