Job Summary:

The Meat Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the butcher shop and ensuring high-quality meat products are delivered to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Directs and supervises a team of butchers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for thawing, cutting, and preparing meat for daily menus.
  • Ensures compliance with United States Public Health Rules and Regulations at all times.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Head Butcher in a similar establishment.
  • Culinary school degree required.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
