Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently on residential projects. With a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results, you will be an integral part of our team's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
  • Create detailed sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD software and hand-drawing techniques.
  • Develop concept boards to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design achievements.
  • Utilize creativity, imagination, and a deep understanding of design principles to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in modular interior design is essential.
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch.

Technical Skills:

  • Interior Designer.
  • Google Sketch-up.
  • AutoCAD.
  • Microsoft Office.
