We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team in the automotive R&D sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive product design and a strong understanding of NPD development.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative automotive products that meet customer needs and expectations. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements and market trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications and roadmaps
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts
• Work with suppliers to source materials and components, ensuring quality and reliability

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7-12 years of experience in automotive product design
• Strong knowledge of NPD development processes and tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
