Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Space Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality 3D designs for events, stages, exhibition booths, and other installations. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design concepts based on client briefs and project objectives.

The Event Space Designer will work closely with event producers, architects, and project managers to ensure that design concepts align with technical specifications, budget, and client vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Design: Develop and execute 3D designs for event spaces, stages, exhibition booths, and other event installations.
  • Visualization: Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders that accurately represent event concepts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with event producers, architects, and project managers to ensure design concepts are aligned with technical specifications and client vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of experience as a 3D designer, preferably in the event, exhibition, or live entertainment industry.
  • Expert knowledge of design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, Rhino, or other relevant 3D modeling and rendering tools.
  • Creative Vision: Strong design portfolio showcasing creative concepts and execution in event or experiential design.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with event production processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design challenges within the constraints of budgets and technical limitations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail in design execution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
