Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to design and implement scalable data solutions that power our analytics, reporting, and Member 360 initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in ETL development, data modeling, and financial data domains, particularly within credit unions and banking systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design and Implementation: Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Snowflake, Matillion, and Python.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting across the organization.
  • Data Integration: Implement and maintain medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for scalable data processing.
  • SQL Expertise: Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements for strategic initiatives.
  • Core Banking Systems: Integrate data from core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv) and other financial platforms.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all pipelines.
  • Python Programming: Use Python for data transformation, automation, and orchestration tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot data issues and optimize data pipelines for performance.
