Job Title: Lateral Flow Assay Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientist to lead our Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline, with a focus on LFA development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize LFAs for various applications, including diagnostic assays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into practical solutions.
  • Develop and implement experimental designs and statistical analysis plans to improve assay performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex LFA performance issues and optimize assay conditions.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to scale up LFA production.
Key Requirements:
  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in LFA development in academia or industry.
  • Expert-level knowledge of nanoparticle bioconjugation, gold nanoparticles, and stability assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
