Electronics Architect Leader

Our company is seeking an exceptional Senior Electronics Engineer to spearhead the design of high-voltage systems, mixed-signal circuits, FPGA development, and foundational aspects of timing, beam control, data acquisition, and power integrity.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a track record of shipping mixed-signal/FPGA systems in instruments, vision, or semiconductor/robotics gear. The ideal candidate will have strong bench skills with scopes, analyzers, and bring-up; pragmatic about testability and manufacturability.
- Candidates must be collaborative and documentation-minded, thinking in interfaces and failure modes.

Key Responsibilities:- Design the timing and synchronization backbone for seamless operation across subsystems.
- Develop mixed-signal boards for beam control drivers, detector front-ends, data-acquisition, and robust control I/O.
- Ensure stable, clean power and grounding/shielding for quiet images and strong EMC behavior.
- Provide diagnostics, fixtures, and logs to facilitate field-debuggable issues.

- Lossless capture during long runs and lean EMC pre-checks.
