Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI architect to lead the development of large-scale language models and autonomous agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building cutting-edge AI solutions that power finance and accounting applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce best practices for prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Must-Have Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience building backend services in Python or Node.js
  • Deep expertise in LLMs and code generation techniques
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of prompting and agent-building methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Top-tier educational background or relevant work experience
  • Experience building fintech software or working in a similar domain
