The Kitchen Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and attend to guest repair requests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Carry out tasks such as repairing electrical equipment, unclogging drains, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background in maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration.
  • Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration.
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering maintenance experience.
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
