  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Reporting focusing on Employee Central Core, Time-Off, and Employee Central Reporting
  • Apply deep knowledge of Employee Central processes and data models within global organizations
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements and reporting needs

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Time-Off, and Reporting functionalities
  • Experience in system configuration, data modeling, and HCM cloud best practices
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and recommend relevant improvements
