About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a multi-channel digital marketing strategy that spans across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Align marketing objectives with overall business goals to enhance lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns. They will be responsible for overseeing on-page and off-page SEO efforts, ensuring continuous improvements in keyword ranking and organic traffic.


Paid Advertising (SEM & Social)

The Senior Digital Marketing Lead will manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively. They will work closely with ad platforms to develop and optimize ad strategies and measure KPIs.


Content Marketing

This role involves guiding content marketing strategy to produce relevant, engaging content that supports customer journey stages and brand storytelling. The successful candidate will oversee blog, whitepapers, case studies, and video content creation.


Social Media Marketing

The Senior Digital Marketing Lead will lead social media strategy to drive brand engagement, foster community, and generate leads. They will manage posting schedules, engagement metrics, and cross-channel alignment to ensure a consistent brand presence.


Email Marketing & Automation

This role involves developing and executing email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, nurturing, and retention. The successful candidate will leverage automation tools to personalize communication at scale and drive targeted campaigns based on user behavior.


Data Analysis & Reporting

The Senior Digital Marketing Lead will analyze digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to gauge success and refine strategies. They will provide actionable insights to stakeholders through regular reporting on campaign performance and conversion rates.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
