Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to manage critical deployment and management capabilities of Rubrik's CDM cluster software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud data management solutions and data center infrastructure.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the software platforms that run traditional workloads in the cloud, as well as those that use virtualization to deliver on-premises protection. You will own Rubrik CDM cluster initial deployment features, including initial cluster setup and deployment, on-premises cluster registration process with Rubrik Security Cloud SaaS control plane, network architecture and capabilities to peta-scale cluster configurations.

You will also own Rubrik CDM cluster day to day management features, including monitoring and notification of cluster hardware and software health, node addition for cluster expansion, node removal and node replacement, node and cluster software upgrades, including autonomous rolling upgrades, own system hardware and component firmware upgrades, and ensure consistency and visibility of all key cluster management activities in Rubrik's Security Cloud SaaS management control plane.

Additionally, you will drive strategic product initiatives, continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, develop and execute strategies to differentiate Rubrik's offerings and strengthen market position, communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Management, 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of hardware and software integration, cloud data management solutions and data center infrastructure, excellent collaboration, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, understanding of distributed, scale out cluster technologies, including data center and cloud networking architecture and cluster expansion and scaling, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, program management and operations experience, data protection and/or cyber security experience, experience writing detailed complex documentation, experience presenting technical material to small and large audiences, and a desire to continuously learn and have fun.
