About our team, we are a global leader in hospitality operating a vast array of lodging brands and residential properties across 141 countries.

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer II for DNS/DHCP/IPAM team to join our Network Reliability Engineering (NRE) project engineering team. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing next-gen DNS, DHCP and IPAM solutions across our networks serving the requirements of Property Networks, Datacenter/Cloud Networks, and Corporate Networks.

This role involves working closely with matrix teams of expert network architects and engineers to drive adoption of NRE practices and operating models across all network product towers globally. The engineer will focus on building a solid foundation of DDI services that are hosted across various platforms and highly available across global locations.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap by implementing DDI services that are highly efficient and provide high return on investment in a cost-effective manner. This role is accountable for establishing technical level relationships and partnering with all business disciplines, other teams, outsourcing vendors, and external suppliers to define and implement the Network NRE DDI roadmap, building and enforcing standards defined in it.

This role involves maintaining goals such as submitting reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines are met. It also promotes documenting project progress accurately and providing input and assistance to other teams regarding projects.

Demonstrating discipline knowledge involves providing technical expertise and support to people inside and outside of the department. It demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes and keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to the job.

Delivering on the needs of key stakeholders includes understanding and meeting the needs of key stakeholders, developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work, collaborating with internal partners and stakeholders to support business/initiative strategies and communicating concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.

This role requires a graduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience in developing network solutions utilizing DDI expertise in mission critical networks.

We are looking for a team player with the ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones. Experience in researching emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products and synthesizing into clear technology roadmaps and strategies is preferred.
