Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role will serve as the interface between finance function and controllership teams, closing Management Information Systems (MIS) and optimizing costs of various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of business, cost drivers, and other functions of organization by conducting data-driven trend analysis for operational metrics with focus on improving Profit and Loss statement while highlighting key insights to leadership.
  • Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones with focus on governance and cost leakage.
  • Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards and MIS.
  • Perform reconciliation of MIS and book of accounts to close monthly MIS.
  • Manage stakeholders and work closely with Controllership and Business Finance team.
  • Ensure weekly dashboards are completed for weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience post-CA qualification (CA qualification is mandatory).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills and good business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Previous experience in FP&A is desired; experience in startup would be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
