Job Title:

Packaging Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging is visually appealing, functional, and meets quality standards.
  • Research and select appropriate packaging materials based on factors such as product protection, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct packaging testing to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize packaging design and materials to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance sustainability.
  • Manage relationships with packaging suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in packaging design and development, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
