Job Overview

The Program Manager will be responsible for driving key initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a sharp executioner who can break down ambiguity into smaller constructs and problem-solve effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works with internal stakeholders, project managers, and founders to identify, track, and report the benefits of executed projects.
  • Manages potential channel conflicts through excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Helps drive key priorities by program managing and coordinating with leaders across the organization.
Product Development & Launch Support:
  • Monitors and analyzes product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supports and oversees the execution of product prototypes and early-stage testing to validate market fit and gather user feedback.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Product Development team and external stakeholders.
Go-to-market Strategy:
  • Crafts the framework for vetting GTM strategies with critical metrics and methods for tracking success and risks.
  • Partners with marketing, product, and design teams to refine and execute the GTM strategy.
  • Assists with planning customer acquisition strategy and management of partnerships across other players in the market.

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting or fast-paced startups.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a Tier-1 Institution: Candidates must hold an MBA degree from premier Tier-1 business schools.
  • Preferred Undergraduate Background: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their undergraduate studies from top-tier institutions.
