Senior Derivatives Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our derivatives team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate law, contract law, and international commercial contracts.
A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in leading banks or financial institutions is required.
The successful candidate will have exposure to European/Asian/US markets and extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex derivative documents.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, and other complex derivative contracts.
- Providing expert advice on corporate law, contract law, and international commercial contracts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the derivatives industry.
