Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in the development of project documents, including reports, briefs, talking points, concept notes, and opinion articles. The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience developing content and visuals for social media platforms.

The successful candidate will assist in preparing briefing materials and outreach communications for stakeholder engagements, as needed. They will also support project coordination, ensuring alignment with overall objectives while tracking deliverables, developing workplans, and managing vendor coordination.

In addition, the Programme Associate will conduct regular research and analysis of news, trends, and developments relevant to project goals. They will assist in drafting internal and external presentations, contribute to the development of communication materials, such as messaging frameworks, information sheets, case studies, opinion pieces, and concept notes.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, initiative, and collaboration within a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in health and development sectors, and have the ability to work within short timelines.
