Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned economist to join our team in conducting in-depth research on economic issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in statistical modeling and data analysis, and possess exceptional communication skills to present complex research findings in a clear and concise manner.

The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, universities, and think tanks, to identify key areas of focus for research projects. They will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports, presentations, and publications that provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business, government, and individual decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute research agendas that align with organizational objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify topics of interest and develop research proposals.
  3. Analyze data using statistical models and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, including government officials, business leaders, and academic institutions.
  5. Interpret and communicate complex research findings to non-technical audiences.
Requirements

A postgraduate degree in economics from a reputable institution is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
