Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for assisting the CRM team in day-to-day customer coordination.

Your primary duties will include following up with clients for documents and payment schedules, maintaining customer data and updating records regularly, handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries, and supporting senior executives in reports and documentation.
