Lead Data Insights to Drive Business Outcomes

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Team Lead to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and contribute to the development of actionable insights that inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. With a deep understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping, they will be responsible for prioritizing and managing incoming requests from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Engagement & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between assigned business functions and the Data & Analytics team, translating business objectives into actionable data requirements.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports, write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting, and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts, assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance, promote best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance, and collaborate with other Analytics Leads and the Head of Data & Analytics for cross-functional initiatives.
