Job Overview:

Develop and execute strategic plans to transform the way applications operate, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and lead high-performing analytics teams.
  • Define team structures, roles, and responsibilities to align with business objectives.
  • Lead campaign optimization and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages and overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles, with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
