We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee remote operations and maintenance of contractor-managed rooftop solar assets.

This role is ideal for an engineering professional with 5–7 years of solar O&M experience, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to manage multi-location projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for O&M contractors across all project sites.
  • Drive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in line with contract terms.
  • Monitor and escalate ticket resolution delays to ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of rooftop solar systems including inverters, monitoring platforms, wiring, and metering.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-location projects remotely with operational rigor.
